When is the festival?
- Thursday 11th June (Comedy Night)
- Friday 12th – Saturday 13th June 2026 (Main festival)
- The Build-up runs 22 May – 7 June across Witney
Where is the festival held? The Leys Recreation Ground, Witney, Oxfordshire
The entrance to the site is in the North West Corner of the eastern field. Upon arrival there are several lanes.
Tickets & Entry
Age Requirements
- Under 14: Free entry when accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket (free child ticket must be obtained when purchasing adult ticket)
- 14–17: Full price ticket required
- 18+: Full price ticket required
Ticket Information
- Admission is 1 ticket per person
- Have your tickets ready for scanning at entry
- You can use physical tickets or show digital tickets on your mobile device
- Printouts of online tickets are also accepted
- Only tickets from official sources (Skiddle: https://www.skiddle.com/e/42091744) are valid
VIP Area VIP tickets include:
- Excellent indoor and outdoor seating area
- Exclusive lane directly to the festival bar
- Access to VIP-only food vendors
- Opportunity to meet some of the performing artists
Getting to the Festival
Parking There is no on-site parking. Free parking is available throughout Witney. For car park locations, visit: https://www.westoxon.gov.uk/parking-travel-and-visitors/where-to-park/
Public Transport Witney has regular public transport connections to Oxford and surrounding areas. The nearest bus stop is Witney Market Square. Please check with local bus providers for current timetables.
Camping No on-site camping. Hardwick Parks have nearby camping facilities available.
What You Can Bring
Food & Drink Allowed:
- Food in reasonable amounts
- Non-alcoholic drinks in reasonable amounts
- Picnic blankets and chairs
NOT Allowed:
- Alcohol (you will be refused entry)
- Glass containers
- Unauthorised food/drink sales (will result in a ban)
Prohibited Items The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Weapons or blades of any kind
- Glass containers
- Gazebos or marquees
- Sound systems
- Pyrotechnics (including sparklers and flares)
- Bicycles
- Generators or fuel sources
- Animals (except dogs on leads)
Animals Dogs: Allowed on leads only. Owners must maintain control at all times. Anyone not in control of their dog or causing disruption will be asked to leave.
Other animals: Not permitted.
Safety & Security
Security Measures
- All attendees pass through security checkpoints with bag searches
- Specialised festival security team on duty
- Fixed security positions and roaming patrols throughout the site
- For assistance, contact any security team member for immediate response
Anti-Fraud Measures We take ticket fraud very seriously. Our security team actively monitors for:
- Counterfeit tickets and wristbands
- Unauthorised entry attempts
- Suspicious activities
Important: Only purchase tickets from official sources. Counterfeit tickets will be confiscated and entry refused.
Child Safety If arriving with young people, we can provide additional wristbands for writing contact details. This helps us reunite families quickly if anyone becomes separated.
Accessibility
Inclusive Zone Open to all customers to encourage everyone to be together regardless of disability. Features include:

- Wheelchair viewing platform with Bass Therapy

On-Site Services
Medical Assistance First aid point located on-site. For medical emergencies or assistance, contact security or go directly to the medical point.
Lost or Vulnerable Persons If you lose a child or are concerned about someone’s safety:

- Alert any security team member
- We have strict policies in place to resolve these situations quickly

Right of Admission Reserved We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the festival at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to:

Bans and Exclusions: Individuals may be banned from current and future events for:

Photography & Media By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use.
