Dogs are allowed on leads only. Any person believed to not be in control of their dog or causing disruption will be asked to leave. No other animals are permitted.
The entrance to the site is in the North West Corner of the eastern field. Upon arrival there are several lanes.
Please have your tickets ready for scanning.
Entrance to the Witney Music Festival – Age groups
0-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age)
Entrance is free to under 14 years of age but must be accompanied by an Adult (over 18 years of age) and have a free entrance ticket available when buying a full priced Adult ticket on this site.
Over 14 years of age must have a paid ticket to enter the site.
There is no parking at the festival site. Witney has many free local car parks which can be found at: https://www.westoxon.gov.uk/parking-travel…/where-to-park/
Witney has regular public transport to and from Oxford and many surrounding areas. The nearest bus stop to the festival is Witney, Market Square. Please check with local bus providers for the most up to date timings.
You are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks into the festival site in reasonable amounts. Please DO NOT bring alcohol to the site as you will be refused entry. Anybody believed to be selling food & drinks which are not approved vendors will be banned from the festival site. No Glass.
Admission is 1 Ticket per person.
Both physical tickets from Truck Witney or our website can be used. For tickets purchased via our website you can bring a printout of your ticket or show your ticket via email on your mobile device.
It has an excellent indoor and outdoor seating area, an exclusive lane directly to the festival bar, food venders who are for VIP ticket holders only, a mini stage hosting a variety of acts and the chance to meet some of the artists performing this year.
The inclusive zone is open to all customers to encourage everyone to be together regardless of disability. This area contains an adapted accessible toilet, quiet area, wheelchair viewing platform and a showcase of an adapted Glamping Tent.
Upon arrival you will pass through a security checkpoint for bag searches and checks. If you are arriving with young persons or vulnerable people whom you are the parent or responsible person for we can provide you with additional wristbands to write contact details on.
We take this matter very seriously. The security on site are specialised in festival security. We have security at fixed positions and roaming throughout the site. If you have a problem or are in need of assistance please contact any member of security and we shall respond immediately.
If you loose a child or are concerned about a person please contact the medical point or any member of security. We have a strict policy in place for resolving this kinds of issues.
Gazebos/ Marquees – Alcoholic Beverages – Illegal Drugs – Any type of pyrotechnic including sparklers and flares. – Sound Systems – Weapons / blades. – Bicycles – Any animal other than dogs. – Generators – Fuel sources You can bring picnic blankets and chairs in reasonable quantities.
We have an on site first aid point located to the centre/west of the site.
Tickets for the event are not refundable. If there has been a genuine error made please contact us via our website and we will review the case.
